Smoke Stalkers
The original Smoke Stalkers were special units of troops raised by the Japoanese to operate in an environment where the Cephalids were employing their poisonous smoke. Later, these infamous trroops were used against other opponents, operating in smoke-filled environments that they arranged themeselves through the medium of captured smoke launchers.
Some diabolical masterminds dress their masked minions in similar fashion, finding the all-concealing smoke hoods to be useful for their nefarious purposes. Naturally, such troops are uniformed in colors that suit their master rather than standard Japanese colors.
